Creative Spaces Available 

Studio 44 is  a current Goat Farm tenant. With the Farm closing down for renovations we are moving to a  +10,000 sq ft space only 7 minutes away and we would love to have you! We have spaces starting at $900. The vision is to create a one-stop-shop creative hub for you and creatives alike. The space will include themed rooms for photos shoots, a co-working space, a podcast room, make-up booths, and more.The only thing missing is you! There are 9-11 rooms available for rent.
